Information for Incoming and Existing APM Tenants
When you choose our rental property, we ensure a hassle-free experience from the start. Be prepared to be part of a rapid energy filled process to ensure that moving in to your new rental property is smooth and documentation is in perfect order.
As part of the process, it is likely you will sign a 12-month tenancy agreement, providing you with stability and peace of mind.
Additionally, we will request your signature on the inventory during check-in. This comprehensive document accurately lists the property's condition, fixtures, fittings, and furnishings provided by the Landlord.
To ensure transparency, the Landlord will personally read the meters upon your arrival, and you will receive a minimum of two sets of keys, with the Landlord keeping an emergency set.
We prioritize getting you up to speed and will provide copies of essential documents, including the "How to Rent Guide" by HM Government. Moreover, you will receive the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), renewed every 10 years, and the Gas Safety Certificate, updated annually if applicable.
The Electrical Inspection Condition Report (EICR) will also be provided, outlining the condition of the fixed electrical wiring.
Your deposit will be registered in a scheme, and we will furnish you with all the necessary information for a seamless deposit recovery process.
